Default anyone want to give a chef a job??

just found out i'm about to be made redundant after xmas

so will have to start looking for a head chef job.

if anyone knows of such a job in or around warwickshire i would be very appreciative.

You may want to post up your experience, for example is that Head Chef at the Dog and Duck or Head Chef of the local branch of the Ritz??

I cant see there being much call for a head chef.

Maybe you should advertise your strange speciallity on a Canibal website.

No wonder your out of work, I didnt think that sort of thing still went on.

Check out private hospitals, management colleges, etc, and be prepareed to travel or move.

My bro in law is a chef, and has NEVER been out of work for more than a couple of days. he HAS worked in some strange places though.........Gullivers Theme Parks comes to mind

Worth investigating your own business? Catering stuff for events or similar?
Last resort is to get onto some employment agencies - always looking for good chefs.

Hope you find something soon. Just don't admit to anyone here if the worst comes to the worst and you have to sign on for a bit, as you will officially then become "lazy"
