Brilliant. Just gets better....

What a place the USA is. It's VAST...

We go there and think we've seen it... we've seen nothing... I would love to spend a year and do that road trip for real...

There are so many things that should have me disliking Fry but I think he is great! This series has been fantastic TV! He is also very good in QI.

He's very intelligent, but completely unpretentious with it.

A very watchable and interesting presenter who writes his own stuff generally.

He's one of the greatest living Englishman. Good series but I think they tried to fit too much in making it a bit lightweight.

Exactly, four minutes in that prison last week could easily have been an interesting 20. They've gone for one quirky thing in each state and do a light piece on it. Graham Norton could have done that so a poor use of SFs skills I think.

He would say "It it is not me that is extremely posh, it is you who is exceptionally common"

I think he is a very good presenter and has a good sense of humour. We are really enjoying his US programme.

He is very intelligent and well educated, I don't think he is in any way "posh" in the old meaning, he does speak well which is nothing to be ashamed of.

Exactly what I was thinking. The US is too big to cover in a matter of weeks, still like the prog' though.

Again, as said, I don't think fry is posh as such, well spoken for sure. I get the impression he'd be as happy talking to the queen as a homeless person on the street. He seems a real gent to me!

I might have to see if a torrent is available of this show. I do rather like Mr Fry, he's a very intelligent and witty person, plus there is the other fact that he rather does like Apple products too
