Ignore the whingers, Scooby_69er. If you want to write in blue knock yourself out. If it were against SN policy then the function wouldn't be there. I don't use it myself personally, but it doesn't bug me when people chose to post in it. Some people seem to be stuck in their ways (even relative newbies ) and don't like change. It's their problem not yours, don't rise to it. If they don't like it that much, let them take it up with webby to have it removed instead of moaning at you

IMO blue colour of the typo can hurt people's eyes a bit. It may even look like an internet link to some. IMO The reason for offering colour option is to highlight the statement where, and when required. So, I can imagine why some people would object upon your liberal use of blue typo. Keep it up, if you like. But, as Nat says, don't get too wound up. Argue with the logic, not with the swear words. That may reduce banning chances by at least 50%
