Default Max Mosely interview on BBC1.

Talking about F1's financial troubles.

Had to laugh at the large Ferrari model strategically placed behind him.

Couldn't believe the Ferrari........liked the way the camera panned round to it at the end of the interview, just in case anybody had missed it

I've not seen it.

But was it implying that the racing's not enough and a bit of controversy is needed....?

Anyone got a link?

I can understand his point about the irresponsiblity of the press in chasing reports which can ruin not only the life of the perpetrator but other innocent people as well just for the sake of selling papers. In past times there used to be a code about what was reasonable to publicise and what was not. People should be entitled to some privacy about their lives if they are not harming others anyway.

He brought his own problems on himself of course, largely because he is so disliked generally but it is a bit hard on his family to have to suffer as well.

A bit of common decency is all that is required really, it seems to have largely gone by the board these days unfortunately.

I agree that it is bad timing to have that Ferrari in the back ground, but what is the only team on the grid today that has been in F1 from the very start?

I'm sure it wasn't just coincidence that the Ferrari was in shot during that interview. Carefully contrived and probably by Max himself.

Past events whether relevant or not, it shows that he is prepared to wave two fingers to the world before he steps down.
