Flash is evidently putting the final nails in the coffin of the New Labour reign. Anyone in this country that votes for them now has got to be pretty stupid

The first time was when he took an interest free loan from one of his mates that was under investigation by his department, and the second time was for some alleged passport jiggery-pokery, but he was cleared of that. So in the grand scheme of things he's not as bent as many other politicians (pardon the pun)

Strange thing to do.

Brown doesn't like him!
The Labour Party at large, don't like him!
The voters don't like him!

He is however a brilliant political strategist, I suspect this is the reason for him coming back into government, I wouldn't be surprised to hear that he's going to run their GE campaign.

My thoughts entirely. His talent is without question, but he is damaged goods, no question about it.

You elect your local MP.
Nothing else.
Doesn't really bear too much scrutiny when you think about it.

"God almighty!

Just looking (and puking over! ) an unutterably awful photo of those two simpering, egregious, squalid ... I could go on, but it's all been said before. Just about sums them up.

Of course, he'll get away with slithering that slimy piece of you-know-what back into power, because the 'great' British public probably have no idea who Mandelson is ; let alone being aware of his numerous misdeeds.

I can put my hand on my heart and swear that from the first day that I laid eyes on Buggins McBroon, I have had serious doubts about his mental stability. His character is writ large on his features.

Since then those doubts have been confirmed in full measure. The man is certifiably insane."

After they have lied to and misled the House and us for the last eleven years. do you honestly think they might ever display any signs of shame?

Would you ever believe anything they tell us any more?

Big businesses like him though, and he's a clever old poof.
Looks like Broons going for the business votes.

I understand that - my point was he's not even an MP. Most ministers have at least been elected as MPs. Not that it makes much difference, I guess, as they do what they want and ignore their pre-election promises once they're elected in any case.

Its because he has one over the Goverment and the Goverment would not want it to get out so they have to keep him sweet.

The funny thing is David Cameron and all the new (young) conservative mp's hold Mandelson in high esteem. I have even read the DC thinks Mandelson was a guroo, for strategy and election management, the departments he has run in the Civil Service think highly of him also. He has also been congratulated on his sterling work in his past post for the EEC

So if anyone is going to be alarmed and quaking in his shorts, I think Cameron will be!
