If it helps, we got our Panasonic plasma from Amazon. Very good price, excellent delivery service. All in all we were very happy.

Ideally, you ask opinions for good TV's which fit your requirements. Go to the shops and look at the shortlist. this way you get to SEE the TV in action and how it looks (as a piece of furniture)

Then you go online and find someone that sells it at a REALLY low price.

Buy it online and save money

Agreed - price match + 5yr guarantee + people who actually have a clue. A rare combination indeed!

It's a pity that they don't seem to have the higher end Panasonic plasmas, though; they have the 42PZ80 and 81, but not the 85 or 800 which have the more advanced image processing

Entirely depends on budget and what you're looking for really.

If you're not too clued up or bothered, and just want something cheap that looks good then ebuyer are the cheapest and most reliable I've found. If you want higher quality they have a few but their selection is much more limited.
