Not the brown type but the one that goes on a finger

I have been looking all over this internet but cannot find either a picture so i can get it made or an answer to where i can buy one like it. Basically it is Deborah Meaden's from the last series of Dragon Den. It is like a big halo of diamonds just bigger than a penny that forms a ring. My missus has been on about it for ages and as its her 25th next month i may well treat her if i can get it made/bought

She tried that on last year in America but its not big enough or thin enough. My sister has that tiffany ring without the diamonds though.
