Been to Barcelona twice with the gf and we really like it there but we fancy somewhere different that's located by the coast + city + culture but wont cast the earth.

Lisbon - I stay at the Lappa Palace which is nice.

Otherwise, not a city location but the Marbella Beach Club

Prague is always worth a visit but obviously no beach front..

Stay at Nice and visit Monaco etc as the coastline in fantastic.

Cape Town is kinda in the ball park I guess
