Default Coldplay cover Depeche Mode

Well more to the point.... cover the video to enjoy the silence

Weird but good. After years of hating Coldplay I have to say this song has won me over a little...

The 101 video never left the player back then My mate could replicate every tune on his Atari ST in Soundtracker. Classic tunes, great days True pioneers. Coldplay can get their grubby mitts off

Became a great band the moment Martin Gore took over the song writing from Vince Clarke imo, I much prefer everything in the post Clarke era.

Indeed, The Music for the Masses era was the peak for me - I will never ever forget going to see that tour at Wembley Arena (ie.e the same tour as on the 101 film. I think went and saw them about 5 or 6 times all told in various tours.

I first saw them at the Hammy Odeon back in 82, met the boys back stage and again in 83, it was so easy to get back stage in those days, zero chance nowadays.

Best tours of theirs for me were the Songs of Faith and Devotion Tour and the 2nd night at Wembley when they did Touring the Angel was probably for me their finest live performance it's up there with Numan at the Forum in 2006 on the Telekon tour, both had great atmospheres.
