I've got one I bought prob 5-6 years ago and it's still going strong, cost me about £70 back in the day, don't use it anymore, have a Seiko divers watch I use for everyday use, they are quality though, if a bit chunky. I recommend you ge a rubber strap rather than a cloth one, they start to smell after a while
Can't offer any suggestions though for all your wants, sorry

Not had the G-Shock one, but on my second wave ceptor in as many months. This one will be going back as well. The digital clock syncs and then automatically updates the hands. The problem is the hands get out of synch with the digital time and there's no way to manually correct it. The hands are currently 7 minutes behind the actual time

I've got a G-1000. Very pleased with it. Not many gadgets but it's perfect for my needs.

RRP £100 but can be found cheaper.

At_a_Glance - GW-9200-1ER - g-shock - watches - CASIO

sounds like what you want.

I make do with one of these when I require a watch I don't care about damaging.

I'm a real fan of the 5600 series G-Shocks. This is mine

I think it's the best of the 5600 models. It was introduced as a 25th aniversary model and a retro-nod to the original 5600 G-Shock.

It syncs to an atomic clock and is solar powered. You can boil it and freeze it and still its works. You can buy it here
