Razors - Extortionate or what!
Is it just me, or is the price of replacement razor heads becoming ridiculous?
I used to use Gillette Mach 3 (or whatever they're called) as I thought they were the best but they're now £8 for 5! They used to be about £5 for 4.
I've now started using Gillette Sensor Excell as they're about £3 a pack of 5 cheaper and don't do a bad job, but I'm now wondering if I should go electric (or grow a beard).

I've had a short beard for 2yrs now and only wetshave a small part of my neck. Due to this my blades last for ages. I probably buy a new pack every 6-8 months.
The beard is kepy very short using an electric trimmer
Hope smooth faces don't come into fashion too soon..

I get the Mach3 from costco at £20 for 20 so it's staying reasonable at the moment - however, I do agree with the sentiment. I've tried the Tescos triple head razors and they're not bad. They even keep the sharp edge for 3-4 shaves as well.

Costco 20 packs for me too. I use one of the Gillette vibrating jobbies, the advantage it glides across your face easier and the blades last twice as long!!
Shave once a day and the blade lasts 2 weeks.

Get an electric razor/beard trimmer (pref.Whal) and go slightly stubbly ..!
perfecly acceptable nowadays
- save up the cash youve saved and spend it on a couple of weeks in Acapulco
(yearly)

I wish I was as fresh faced and have bum fluff as you lot...
I get through a blade a week, if that as come saturday/sunday it is starting to drag and scrape. Tough stuff my stubble and it annoys the hell out of when I look at the shopping receipt to see something costing as much as bloody vodka
Think I might have to let it grow instead.
(oh and maybe if I stopped shaving my *****, the blades would last longer )
