Question Zimbabwe Dollars

I quite like the idea of getting hold of some actual notes just to see what they look like. A trillion dollar bill must be a record

I'd probably frame them and hang in my office.

But how would I get hold of some? Doubt if PO do them over the counter

Whats particularly galling is this message that people souldnt be sending money home ( whilst refusing assylum seekers the right to work) ,
How the **** are these people going to survive

I think it was deemed useless before it got in to production as inflation was rising that fast.

Apparently, Hungary still has the worst hyper-inflation in History, makes Zimbabwe seem controlled.

The Worst Episode of Hyperinflation in History -- Page two
Between October 1, 1993 and January 24, 1995 prices increased by 5 quadrillion percent. This number is a 5 with 15 zeroes after it.
You think how on earth could it get that high?

Until you see this:

The average daily rate of inflation was nearly 100 percent
So what cost you £1 on Monday, would cost you £64 on Sunday

Not really, not anymore. In any terms a billion is 1000 million. The UK adopted this as a "billion" (as opposed to a million million) in 1974.
