Ice Save and Kaupthing - dodgy Icelandic banks?
Whats the deal with these banks?
They offer very good rates but are in the news every now and again with rumours they are about to collapse.
I hadn't even heard of Kaupthing until recently.
Would your money be much better off in a nice safe place like Alliance & Leicester?
