Recently returned from a holiday in the States, whilst there i was in a shop and saw what i thought to be a nice little phone, doesn;t do everything most people expect of a phone these days, but i liked it none the less.....

The question is this, 'if' i was to buy a phone in the USA, is there any chance that if the phone were unlocked, that simply putting a uk type sim card in it, that it would work..???
I don't have a clue, technology these days simply goes right over my head....
