Default Scottish Golf Open Car Parking!!

Hi guys,
Heading down to loch lommond from inverness on saturday, has anyone got a clue where the car parks will be. It says on the website there will be signs 7 miles before hand but would like to know where they are.

Thanks

I dont know exactly, but its The Open. No 'British' like the Yanks refer to it, and definitely not 'Scottish'.

Wrong. Its the Scottish. The Open is at Birkdale next week.

The Open is always played on a links course. Loch Lommond is a park course.

Do you play golf?

Sorry Miles, but Andy is correct.

It is the Barclays Scottish Open, to give it its full name.

Andy, parking in past years has been in the fields beside the course, just off the A82 between the road and the Loch. Easy walking distance.

Can't see it being any different this year.

Leave plenty of time, it always gets pretty busy but the traffic management has been good this far.

Are you going down the A82 from Inverness, or taking the A9 and cutting over at Stirling?

'Twas early, thats my excuse. It gets my back up when the Yanks call it the British Open, and I just saw red when I read the title. Thank you to all the guys who put me right though, especially FlightMan. I do play Golf, thank you. Why do you fancy a game?
