Where have you found to be more succesfull in terms of selling a vehicle?

im wanting to stick my Bmw 530i sport for sale to get a uk scooby, but which autotrader advert should i go for?

6weeks online or 2 weeks online and 1 week in the magazine?


Also other suggestions for selling welcome (ive advertised on Pistonheads)

ive sold my last few cars on autotrader online only within a few days every time. its cheaper too

I've sold several motors using it and always gone in a day or two.

Surely the net gets more hits than the mag alone.

Thats what i was trying to establish!

I alwasy stuck my old cars on the net, but always wondered why they bother with the mag anymore?!

Havent used any AT adverts in ages. Pistonheads seems to do the trick and its free.
