Defamation of character

Hi all,

Has anyone or anyone you know anyone that has been or intiated and successfully sued on gorunds of Defamation of character???

just wondering how difficult it may be to prove and what the outcome was??

Waste of time IMHO.... sticks and stones and all that.... and anyway if it was easy I'm sure that NSR would be littered with victims by now

Don't know 'owt about it, soz pal. Is it defamation of character you're looking for though?

Was thinking of maybe doing it on a bill board next the motorway so they see it on there way into work one day

I got half threatened with this the other week by the MD once I handed my notice in, told him any legal letters will be returned with LOL written all over them, and that in fact it was the other way round and I will be seeking legal action against them, soon shut him up
