Get the clinical name for it and Google it.
These things are made for a reason, so in certain cases are the best option, but for a perfectly healthy individual I would avoid it.
It it aint natural, its not worth it.
Eat better, train harder

if your mate hasnt plateued then better to stick to a clean diet and maybe change the training routine.
I do know someone who used growth hormone and he is a big lad (stocky as hell)
Roids arent that bad if used sensibly, watched a good program last night on them from a discovery channel (Recorded it last week) that had an interesting insight into them and possible long term effects

I know a few guys in my gym that are on these, some that also inject insulin too ! Mate just brough a load of GH for around £200.
Tell your mate though, regardless of the arguement of health issues, that 90% of the stuff out there now is cheap, fake, poor quality stuff. So watch out.
For me, well I dont bother with it, but Im a naturally tall, stocky chap (genetic makeup also helps) anyway. Ive found that good training techniques, good diet and you will see results. Remember, if you strip fat off, you will be more defined / cut and look bigger / more muscley.
However, if your lean anyway, and want to put on size then these things alway look a quick fix.
Tell your friend to go to MuscleTalk Bodybuilding Forum These guys know their stuff, read up, and Im sure he will see results.
Best of luck

More protein and lift harder! A load of the young lads at my gym are on dbol atm tbh they swell up pretty big then just lose all their mass when they cycle off. It's mainly water retention anyway.
Also if you don't know what you are doing you could well end up with a nice pair of b1tch **** and ********* that do not work

Epistane is a good one to watch, good dry gains that i kept when going pct, i was hammering the weights hitting pb's most sessions.
Oh and it's legal, for now anyway, i may go on another cycle when the time is right, knocking on a bit so age is getting the better of me.

LOL. Quite
My advice to anyone taking up Bodybuilding is always the same. Get the basics right first: Diet, training and rest.
Your body will take care of the rest. People often expect too much way too soon; it takes time and effort!

From here, but they're out of stock atm.
Cheap UK Supplements - Epistane
But kot is right the first thing muscletalk will want to know is bodyweight/age/diet etc.
For me it was good, very damn good but with others it may be less pronounced.
But anyway im into cardio rather than lifting weights, i would just use it to speed my recovery rate.
But post cycle is important to do right, do lots of reading up first.

Sounds like you need to eat big and get at least 120-150 grams of protein a day.
My biggest mistake starting out was wanting to get big, yet not wanting to get fat and ended up making no real gains.
Get some heavy deadlifts and squats into your routine and eat around 2700-3500 calories a day and I guarantee you will put on muscle.
If you are going to take steroids anyway please do some research, hairloss, liver problems and breast tumors are all possible side effects

No it makes you fat.
Its full of sugars and crap.
Get a decent protein with low carbs to build decent muscle,
eat 5 times a day and train only twice a week but with high intensity - what i mean by that is dont f**k about at the gym chatting to mates.
train heavy and hard with good form and eat well and get plenty of rest and you will grow.
Try the whey consortium or my protein for cheap online protein.

btw proper GH and i mean the proper stuff is a lot more expensive than 200 quid more like thousands. Roids are synthetic and are cheaper.
I'm no expert on Roids as i've and will never take them so mayvbe someone will correct me on this

as far as i am lead to believe the body can only absorb a certain amount of protein a day ( 40 grams ) so taking 120-150 grams is a waste of protein.
The side effects of these things far out weigh the gains as i've seen people in the gym become very withdrawn, parnoid, extremely volatile to name just a few, and then when they stop taking them they end up with droopy **** and a pot belly!
imho better having good diet, 6 small meals a day, and good training buddy.
I use pharma-whey protein, very good quality and contains a unique mix to help training( avail from powerhouse ).
Oh and remember that it takes time, these things dont happen overnight for a reason.
