Need some photoshop help please...
Daughter has to submit some bits for an art exam tomorrow, but has asked me for help with Photoshop and I ain't real good with it...
Basically, she needs to turn a photo of her in to a 'shadow'- ie select herself and black out.
I have tried magic wand to select the background and have messed about with the tolerance but I'm getting nowehere fast.
Can anyone tell me how to do it please?
Thanks

As a VERY quick and simple way, select her using whichever selection tool you want, then press 'D' to make black your default colour, then select paint bucket tool and fill selection. Et voila!

You need to use the pen tool to go round the outline, then make it a selection and the use the paint bucket to fill the selection. Send me the pic and I'll have a go if you want...
