How To Scare The Bloke Next To You On An Airplane.
1. Quietly and calmly open up your laptop case.
2. Remove your laptop.
3. Start it up.
4. Make sure the guy who is annoying you can see the screen.
5. Close your eyes, join your palms together, tilt your head up to the sky & move your lips as if praying.

First of all, if it was me you were trying to scare. By the time the counter was at 0:00:00, you'd be dead anyway.
My first reaction would be to attack you. And not stop attacking you untill the bomb went off.
So your joke would only get you killed anyway. Would I go to jail for murder? No.

Or if Asian, be in the bogs with an Arabic slogan behind you being videoed in full Islamic dress recording a message in a ranting and rather less than eloquent manner and go all quiet when someone comes in.
