If so do you find a lot of time u cant log onto site-i cant today-i get log on page-enter my details but operation times out before it gets chance to log on-thinking of moving money back out of that account

I know how u feel-think i am gonna close account down-will have a look round to see who is paying a good rate and that i trust etc

OPM - try Northern Rock - 100% guaranteed by the Govt. for any amount of cash - no £35k limit! 6.25% 'Online Tracker' savings account. Maybe a smidge less than one or two of these Indian and Icelandic banks but for the peace of mind I've gone with them...

The govt. guarantee won't last forever - the other banks see it as an unfair advantage and will be pushing Europe to rule against it, but there'll be at least three months notice apparently, so you'll have plenty of time to assess your options.
