Of course it's taken from the inside... and obviously not fake. I'd guess taken with a camera phone.
Probably the most dangerous part of it all, according to the airline, would be the use of electronic equipment by the guy filiming it during the final approach and landing. The actual risk, according to Mythbusters, is pretty much zero - if not actually zero - even if it were a fully transmitting phone.... but the airline would probably say that the camera was a bigger risk to safety than the imperfection in the wing.

I was on a Emerates 777 into Heathrow last year, coming home form honeymoon. We came in to land a little high, as we crossed the airfeild fence we were probably twice as high as we should have been.
Still far to high as we crossed the end of the runway, I thought 'That'll be a go around then, never done one of them' when WOOSH-BANG! The "pilot" (if he was one) dropped it halfway down the runway like a bag-o-spuds and slammed the brakes on so hard women were screaming and the steward in the fold out directly in front of us went pale.
Twichy twichy braking and as we turned off the end of the runway the stew said that had been the worst landing in his five years of fllying.
My balloon knot was twiching too!!
