well i am of there this week, have booked flight to bangkok, that is all we have done. we need once we reach bangkok to get straight up north, (limited for time) to chiang mai.

plan a 300 foot multi pitch rock climb.

then down into the caves for a day of abseil and caving.

followed by two days trekking up a mountain, coming down via white water raft, elephant and boat.

a bungee jump to end the experience and a jungle trek.

think i may need a holiday when i get back.

although we have been training hard for this, the heat is a worry.

so booked gran canaria for a week in sept.

have not been on a holiday for many years due to finacial difficulties and this is a present for working my *** of to get back to not being at rock bottom.

just me and a mate going, wife gets her dream next year (her chioce for me to go first).

just packing my rock shoes and feeling first twinges of excitment,

temerature hit 100 deg there this week.
