Default Jamie Oliver on telly last night...anyone see it?

What did he do to the pork before he cooked it?
I just caught the bit with the red onions and spuds.... but missed the pork bit.

I might even cook it for the missus tomorrow night.

Many thanks

Basically seasoned a chopping board with rosemary, salt, pepper and fennel seeds (2 tbl sp’s worth, cracked in a mortar) then rolled the pork fat side down in the mixture to form a sort of herb crust on it.

Sure you could view it again on 4OD. If not it will be on More 4 at some point over the weekend.
