150 miles, almost on your doorstep

Chamonix next weekend, then a bit on skiing on the Ben the week after - the weather might have calmed down a bit!

I'm a skier with Technica Icons and Stockle Stormrider skis

Forecast for Wednesday is good. Today it is snowing in the hills. I'm off to Glenshee tomorrow. It's just an hour up the road.

I'm a skier - Technica Diablo Magmas and Rossignol B3s.

Chamonix!! Home from home for me. 5 seasons there (first in 95/96), 2 half seasons and a few weeks here and there. Done a couple of seasons in NZ too.....1 in Wanaka and 1 in Queenstown.

'Boarder, but not been for 3 years now, which coincidentally is the age of my wee one.

Not been up the hills in scotland yet, which is criminal as it's not that far.

Going to France in March (not Chamonix, for a change). Can't wait to get my little girl on the slopes. Maybe do a run holding her. Get her on skiis and practice sledging. Perfect!!

My setup: Burton Custom Boards (Currently 64 or 69 ) all the way for me. (Last 4) Custom bindings, burton boots. Sessions & Bonfire clothes, arnette goggles.

All this talk makes me want to leave work and head for the hills. One last season anyone.

Going to Altenmarkt in Austria on 3 March for a stag week
Had my first 2 ski lessons last Saturday at the Snowdome in Tamworth. All went ok although I knocked a few people over at the bottom of the slope as they were in my way - funny how the instructor didn't teach us how to stop
Having lessons 3 and 4 on 16 Feb.
Hopefully should be ok after that to take to the slopes

Went to La Plagne 1800 over New Years for a week and off to Chamonix in March for 4 days. Its my 4th time in Chamonix and im looking forward to it more than La Plagne. Here's hoping for some good sun and panda eyes.

Great to see it on Ski Sunday

Skier of 10 years, Bandit B3's for me, tried snow boarding aswell but its just not right going downhill sideways

Was in Ischgl a couple of weeks back. Brilliant place. Quality gets better every time we go back (this was the 6th time I think)

Ski on Atomic Beta Carvs that I bought in Solden, Ca.2004.

Got my 3 year old up on skis I rented for the week, but he wasn't happy to do much more than shuffle around of pose in the sun.

Good man

Powder was awesome. Vail was the best followed closely by Keystone (although it is not as big) then Beaver Creek and unfortunately Breckenridge last place. I found it a very beginner/intermidiate resort. The powder bowls and double black diamonds in Vail were awesome.

enjoy.
