cats hate citrus smells, get a cheap bottle of lemon juice and splash it around the garden borders to stop the little beggars crapping in them

We tried everything -- mothballs, pepper, mustard and what worked was placing rocks around the places where they frequented. Job done...they shat elsewhere after that. I wanted to buy a sniper rifle it was so bad.

My mother in law bought a plastic crocodile. I am not sure why!! She thought it might scare the cats........its less than a foot long. Ha ha next thing she saw was the cat sitting beside the croc on the table.

The next day half the tail was broken off.

Sorry this is not much help - but at least it tells you that plastic crocodiles definitely do not work.

We had a sonic repellent which worked ok.

Yeah the local nightclubs

I`ll try the lemon juice. Someone mentioned using paprika a while back on here. Didn`t work though.

have tried the citrus, slowed em down did not stop them, have not got enough rocks for my garden, would take quite a lot but thanks, neighbours are wary of airguns and would def grass me for firearms as its their cats, wonder if you can get cat mines lol.
