Default Foofed up my Eurotunnel booking, wrong date

Booked a one day return on the Eurotunnel for 17th July today when in actual fact I needed it to be for the 19th.

Will they alter this for me over the phone, obviously subject to paying any difference in price?

Here's a idea, why don't you phone them and ask? Heaven forbid you do anything without the guidance of scoobynet.

Thumbs up

You've got no worries. Give em a call on 08705 35 35 35

Might have to pay a small fee though

I accidentally booked a room at the Waldorf Astoria for the wrong MONTH last year. Website was ADAMANT - Once booked, that's it - no refund and no change to booking allowed. I called up straight away and blamed their dodgy website for nausing up the dates - thank God I got a human and not a Robot on the phone - they sorted it for me tout suite.

Why bother opening a thread if it bothers you that much?

Not really, I posted the thread at nearly one oclock in the morning, I wanted to find something out, asked a question.

Surely any response would end up with you phoning them anyway and asking them??

If someone said no you can't, you still phone to check and if yes then you'd phone them to change the dates.

Also the title of the thread in no way represented the useless content of your post.

Mark

They are usually very helpful especially given the timescales

Just tell them about your fat fingers and you pressed the wrong button
