Stag Do
Hi,
Im after a bit of advice as im in the process of organising a stag do!
Were fancing Newcastle and going on easter Sunday (23rd March) and coming back on the bank hol monday.
Just wondering what newcastle is like and will it be buzzing on a bank hol Sunday as it always is here in sunny Chesterfield!
Thanks in advance.

Depends.
Hit Newcastle when theres a home match on, and the place is packed beyond capacity. Truely uncomfortable for my liking.
Ques to get into every pub/bar. Most of the Nightclubs are disapointing compared to some I know in the North East. I prefer Tall Trees at Yarm.
Plus. You'd better book rooms now, as getting a room within a few weeks of going there is a nightmare too. I once spent most of Friday hitting the refresh button on the Travelodge website for one room to stay the Saturday Night. Took hours to get a cancelled room.
Last Stag do I went to up Newcastle wee booked months in advance for 10 rooms.
I try to Avoid Newcastle now. Too popular for it's own good now.

We had a great weekend in Newcastle with the lads. A few bars, then onto 'For Your Eyes Only', then another bar afterwards. Went to a crap comedy club and did some karting too. Would definitely go again.
