Bit of a long shot, but does anyone know what, if any, legislation covers provisiond of health therapies (physio and speech in particular) to children?
It's covered by SEN statement, but that doesn't kick in until September, and in the mean time I don't think my daughter's getting anything like what she needs.

Before I threaten the PCT, I'd like to have the correct law to quote!

I'd imagine it'd be age related, and MAY also depend on the place you live in.

she's 4, and we live in York (Unitary)
I work for the LA, but in Adult services. Don't have contacts in children's services, and people have to be careful what they say
