And rightly so. I'm surprised the whole thing hasn't been banned as it portrays less able-bodied people missing a hand in a negative light.

It is difficult to know what to say about that. Wonder when we will have to attend a training course to get a licence so that we can safely put one foot in front of the other when we walk, to be allowed out of bed in the morning!

A ray of light ?

In a motoring context, may I add; Erecting 'slippery road' signs at the approach to every junction, even when the surface doesn't change, so that if you have an accident they can say we told you so

A spokesman for the HSE said: "We do not want to stop people putting on pantos or having fun as long as the risks are sensibly managed."

Why arent the tw@ts who think up this **** doing something constructive for their large pay packets?

health and safety, and human rights have fcuked this country right up!

******** like cherie blaire who defend burglars and such, and help them sue if they are "hurt" whilst ransacking your property need shooting!
Human rights was made up by lawyers to make money!
If someone breaks into your property they have no human rights!

Anyone remember the chav who hurt himself breaking into a school then sued the school! this shouldnt be allowed to happen!

But that Law has been around for 40 odd years (Occupiers Liability Act), so it's not a new thing....

Maybe it just seems that way because of the press these things now get?

Fair enough, didnt know that!

But i still think if someone breaks into a property they shouldnt be allowed to sue for anything cos what they were doing was illegal!

There is a 4ft "boston slugger" with a ball under my bed incase anyone fancies some of my stuff, and i would have no hesitation in tw@tting someone with it, wether i get sued or not!
