Got a spare £30k, why not buy a toilet??
You see some strange properties for sale but this one takes the p!ss!

No price has been set for the structure but it has been estimated it could fetch more than £30,000.

I wonder if their idea of "comes with running water" is different to the rest of us?

I actually don't know! All I know is its somewhere at the maybury. My guess would be somewhere in or near the grounds of that business premises next to marionville models (looks like a house and would have been at some point).
