ETX105 owner checking in. Yes you can take them on planes, but expect to take an extra 20 mins to get through security as they will want to xray it and have a good look around. You will need a hard carry case though and I would only take it on as cabin luggage, not sure how big the LX200 is but the ETX will fit on the carry on size type bag IYSWIM.
