Hello

I just received an email from 'Yes Loans', who on earth takes out a loan at 48% APR?!

Isn't their some law about preying on the terminally financially challenged?

791.6% , but could still work out cheaper than a brief spell with an unauthorized overdraft.

A 42 day loan that is bound by law to quote an APR is not really the best example, Although i've never taken one, an £80 charge for a short term loan of £400 aint too bad

Someone desperate. Someone who is least able to afford to take a loan at that rate. Which is why parasitic companies like Provident should have their directors lined up and castrasted before being garrotted.
