Default Anyone have a high up contact at citibank uk??

Credit card or security dept
Having a complete pain in the *** time with them- and have been for over 3 months now, and being fobbed off with bollocks every time I call them..
Want to escalate this to someone who can get it sorted..

Anyone know anyone??

Vicky Bindra is pretty high up. Im sure she'll sort it for you

Saying that though, Jean-Louis Guisset could sort it but hes french and would probably fek it up even more

Your welcome Just glad to be off service.

No need for name calling though, only instilling light humour to brighten a dull day

I know a few guys who worked with me in Belfast and they moved to citybank for more money but they would be more in the IT support side but they might be able to provide a high up name or two.

I wouldn't bother mate, just do what I did, and close out your account. I told them to stuff their card when they lied to me after taking over my account from Shell Visa.

Bunch of lying American sh its.!

Well id like to alcazar....but its a fraudulent charge on it from the start of september I am having trouble with, and their inability to get a form to me to fill in- apparantly 6 of them have been sent out, yet none have arrived.
This is despite my statements, replacement cards, PIN , and junk mail from them arriving no problem
Cant close it until its sorted- and yes I have tried.
Getting charged interest on it, and I have point blank refused to make any payments on it as none of the debt on it is mine!

They wont even fax it to me the useless tossers.
Promised ANOTHER call back this afternoon within an hour.... that was four hours ago.

There's over 275000 people work for Citigroup, the chances of anyone knowing the particular person you need to talk to are slim at best.

Next time you call, tell the person you want to log a complaint, don't be put off and insist on having the complaint registered as such, they then have to follow a formal process to acknowledge and respond.

Durig the day you might get manchester, evening you'll probably get india.

I know a couple of bigwigs in Citigroup - They won't be able to sort it anyway - they will be playing golf. Your best course of action is to phone the help(pleb)line and ask for a supervisor - refuse a call back and tell them that you are going to bill them on a minute by minute basis. When the supervisor arrives 10 seconds later, ask for their supervisor. If you sound convincing enough you will get to a grown up in about 10 minutes. They should be able to get you sorted. If that doesn't work, threaten everyone you speak to that you are going to sue them personally for theft if they can't resolve or escalate your problem. At all stages, be aggressive and pissed off without being abusive, and tell them that you are recording the calls for the legal action that is about to happen. If you get the right balance on the phone this will work for anything

Also, they work 6 AM until midnight in India. Work out the time difference and call them when it is 3AM in India - That way you might get someone who can speak AND HEAR in English
