Free laptops
The company I work for have teamed up with an online shop that sells laptops, LCD tv's etc. When I logged on to have a look they had listed the price of the laptops at £0.00 so I bought 3 for the price of postage which was £6.99. I have had several emails this morning and it looked like I was going to get them........until about 5 mins ago when I got another email saying the correct price was £1050 each.
Now I know it would have been a flook if they had posted them out and I never thought they would.......but were do I stand legally, do they have to sell them at the amount I paid or not.

No they don't. If the advertised price was obviously a mistake then they can cancel the contract.
What constitutes an obvious mistake is always open to debate. However £0 v £1050 is going to be a hard battle to fight.
