Did I let her indoors go up the loft? I now have a massive hole in the ceiling ( thankfully, just by luck it's in a cupboard) I'd have laughed hysterically if she'd went right through 
but now I just have a big hole to fill

did it once my self, 
missed the joist, and put a foot through the ceiling
i dropped the torch i was carrying, and it shot straight out of the loft hatch, and striaght down the stairs, it was like a bomb going off
i had bits of smashed torch all over the hall floor, and dust and sh*t all over the bedroom
managed to rebate a bit of plywood over the hole, and covered it in a lick of paint.

Pink candy floss
I've been up in our loft today too, I was putting all the empty decorations boxes back up there that I got down yesterday. How comes it's us wimmins doing all the dirty jobs?
Now all I have left to do is hang the lights from the outside guttering - is there anyone here that's good with ladders and in the Skipton area? My other half is out working and refuses to go up a ladder anyway, the 6' 2 big girl's blouse that he is

I can sympathise with you mate Sent my other half up the loft to get them down, knowing full well that in doing so, the amount of decs coming down would be halved
What I didnt count on was the silly bint hitting the switch for the shower pump and wondered why for 3 days our shower didnt work
Plumber came around and sorted it in 5 mins....she wasnt in my good books
