Looks like his health scare was enough to get his fat *** to do something about himself!
10 stone in 10 months really is going some though!

Saw this last week. Amazing effort to lose 10stone in 10 months but that cant be healthy, imagine the excess skin he must be carrying now

He looks far better thinner, I remember him falling I`ll before the Championship and thought "oh no",
Like said before where is all that skin gone etc.

That must be ruibbish, you can't fit 18 litres in the lungs, A man's lung volume is usually 5-6 litres tops.

Wow - what a difference!

I lost 8 stone over 2 years (down from 21.5st to 13.5st now) - thankfully no loose skin.

the picture on page 3 looks very strange,his arms are still huge,his forearm just above the elbow is bigger than his neck
