Default bogus mobile phone companies

dont you hate it when you get calls to your mobile phone from other suppliers trying to upgrade you, when really they are starting a new contract, and thereby by recieving a new handset from them you enter into a new agreement.

be wary of these people as i had a call from communications direct, trying to do exactly this.

send him away with a flea in his ear lol

They tend to get a bit stumped when you point out the flaw in thier plan, which is that no matter how you slice it, paying £50 per month is not cheaper than paying out £30.

I've found if you tell them it's a company phone, they can't leave you alone fast enough.

A few years ago I was getting calls from some company offering phones on the 3 network, normally I would tell then where to go but at the time I was looking to upgrade my phone anyway so I took their phone but didn't realise until afterwards that I was locked into an 18 month contract at £35 per month after the first six months being 1/2 price.
