There has to be more than this!! OK, the chap is strange, but he was in a locked room ******** a bike. Its not as if he was in public. WTF has it got to do with anyone else if this chap gets turned on by bike!
For him to be on the sex offenders register is a pure disgrace, and a waste of precious resources. I don't care how many bikes he violates, but I sure as hell do care about the real sex offenders (pedophiles) and would like our precious little resources used to monitor them

Apparently he was up the pub earlier in the evening and overheard a conversation regarding the local slapper, known as the Pubs Bicycle ...... some blokes were saying how they shagged the Pub's Bike - he simply took the bike from behind the pub and started ******** it!

As with others, I completely fail to see why he has been placed on the sex offenders register
