Default Better Driving Please . Com

Has anyone read the comments on this site??? My god I bet some of the people who post on there are a BLAST at parties, yeah they are writing about things that annoy people but come on why feel the need to spend half their life bitching about such pathetic things as "Number plate spacing"..

BetterDrivingPlease - View Reports

Look up some reports by IAMDriver... WHAT A COMPLETE AND UTTER TWAZZOCK! He seriously has some social integration issues!

How funny is that.... Did you put your number plate in to see if there were any about you...

What a bunch of moaners and whingers ...

On the other hand though... If you fall out with someone all you would have to do is post up their reg number and next time that lot see you out the would lynch you.... bit like the police inititative of phoning in bad driving and people will get a visit.... now what was my ex's reg number

None of my plates are listed

Look at the blogs, they want the police to actually listen to that drivel and take action, do these people live on the same planet as the rest of us?? The police haven't got time to catch real criminals let alone start writing letters because some whinge bag didn't like the spacing of a number plate or the fact someone indicated to early

And what really does make me laugh is these people must be writing down registration plates and maybe EVEN notes AS they drive!!! ****ing Hypocrites!

Check out the blogs too, there's a section whinging about people driving with defective lights, how many people actually check their car EVERY time they drive it and more to the point most modern cars are a complete and utter pain in the **** to change head lights normally bumpers off etc... I bet half of them are telegraph reading liberal nut jobs/geography teachers.

Just the first 3 "reports" on there made me smile:

The next report complains about "diesel fumes on acceleration". Really? Wow, who'd have thunk it!

Then finally, Mr IAMDriver complains about a ciggarette butt being thrown from a window.

You're making the assumption that these people are capable of cross gender relations.

I've joined and made comments. I've kept them polite, but I've pointed out in their own style where they've made mistakes, in one case lane hogging, in another failing to allow an overtaking car to pass safely.

I don't expect my comments to make it past the moderators.

Scrolls to the bottom, clicks next page of reports gets:
Microsoft VBScript runtime error '800a000d'
Type mismatch: 'Ubound'
/Reports.asp, line 393

Now I just need to find a techie site where I can go write a report on it.

Checked my reg - not on it

Not trying hard enough, methinks

One thing - I'm sure sites such as Scoobynet and Pistonheads annoy them as much as they annoy us!

Pity some of the (justified) idiots that are listed can't be taken to task.

But whos to say the people who have 'reported' them are not blowing things out of proporitions? You only get what they feel is the issue, for all we know they were driving along at 35 in a 40 (because they felt it was an appropriate speed) and are getting a monk on because someone over took them..

But there is no true hard evidence to have any kind of legal standing so we are back to the opinion of said snotty tit.

On another note, I wonder if they can be sued for liable? I mean, how would you feel if people posted up your registration, location, direction you were travelling, and in some cases a picture of your car?

I expect plod will persue whoever they think they can get the biggest fine from, if they can fine both parties that's just a bonus!

I know that, you know that.

It would save me the effort of having to knife the tyres of any car I walk past without a valid tax disc. Not that it addresses the more dangerous drivers on our roads, but a vigilante can only do so much (Christ, I'm starting to sound like the Police ).

But the police dont really care about people who cant afford to pay their road tax or get their car MOT'ed because they havent got any money to pay the fine! They would rather sit in a layby and catch the real criminals, middle class people flouting the speed limit by 6mph.. Thats where the real income is

Its almost a shame really, that this idea was thought of by some silly old sods first.

I would love to name and shame the perpertrators of ther following:

People who hog the middle lane,
People who pull out in front of you into the road and make no attempt to accellerate to the speed of the cars already on it.
People who don't know how/when you should move out a lane on a roundabout as they progress round.
People who move across two lanes in one move.
People who pull into a lane on the inside and then Brake!!!!, causing cars behind to nosedive.
People who cannot 'filter' at any given speed, no matter what.
Bikers who dangerously undertake when the outside lane is moving faster.
People who do not know what the chevrons mean on a motorway exit.

I could go on about people, who never learnt the highway code properly or just plain ignorant.

Go for it. Be nice to see how they react to "the other side's" viewpoint.
