I am trying to load this game on my pc, it has windows 2000, is a packard bell lap top. Keeps on crashing after it has loaded.

Make sure you've downloaded and installed the latest game patch update from the manufacturer's website would be the best start.

After that, always video drivers - latest version essential from your video card mfr.

If that doesn't work, then let us know how it fails and also e-mail tech support. They'll know the answers already, you can be 90% sure of that.
