Yes, been 4 times now, thoroughly enjoyed it everytime I have been
Been to Hoover dam a few times, been to Grand Canyon too (long long long drive there and back 12 hours in total, but more than worth it for the impressive view that pictures alone cannot justify)
Did some gambling too, and went to 2 weddings (not Britney's but the same venue )

Went a few weeks ago and stopped at the Bellagio hotel. It's an amazing place that everyone should visit. The naked lap dance clubs eat up your money though try and get to a few if you can.
Try and get to a show if you can, we went to see the blue man show and really enjoyed it.

You wont get bored. We did the grand tour as well of the Grand Canyon and Hoover Dam etc in our "rent a wreck" old motor boat of a car for $10 a day military rate and it was reliable enough for all those trips. Worth seeing Death Valley too.
The Stardust did the best meals for the cheapest price.

Very easy to lose loads of money and complete track of what time it is.
We did the Grand Canyon trip in a light Aircraft with what seemed like Tom Cruise's son flying (He looked about 15 ) Great experience though.
We stayed there but that was 2 years ago - It's been torn down to make way for another casino AFAIK.
What Hotel are you staying at?

went there last year stopped at the luxor and also going back to luxor next march, excellent place.
went on sunset trip to grand canyon in helicopter you land in it for about an hour, then fly back over the strip at night the view is excellent.
there is so much to do in vegas it is well worth visiting the casino's in all hotels and going on the rides at top of stratosphere.
just make sure you take plenty of £'s

Me and the misses went a few years back, great place, could easily go back there again.
We stayed in the Luxor, nice hotel and not silly money either. Place is massive, well as all the hotels are. We went in most of the hotels as they are all worth seeing as they are all different, well once your away from all the slot machines etc
We had a day trip out to the Grand Canyon, was quite a long day. Went out by coach then once there flew down into the Canyon by helicopter landed then boarded a speed boat and went for a blast down the Colorado River. Then back into the helicopter and flew around the canyon for a bit then back out and returned back to where we started.
Oh, make sure your coach driver knows how to drive over rough terrain, ours didn't and several miles into the canyon, and a few bumps later this happened:

The guide, sometime later, hitched a lift with a passerby and went on to sort out a replacement "vehicle" and came back with this, lol:

Think it had been gathering dust for about 5 years this was our method of transport into the Canyon then on our return we had an hour or so ride back to the main "road" where a replacement coach was waiting for us. Made the day more entertaining though I guess and a little story to tell

i went there last year for the first time when travelling round the west coast. stayed in a penthouse suite in the mandalay bay as we got upgraded for free due to the double booking of our room for a convention.
it was unbelievable the size of the room, made the rest of our american hotels look small.
we were there for about 5 days and it was simply not enough to see the shows and all the hotels.
it was probably one of the best holidays i have had, particulary las vegas. i dont really gamble but there is so much more there.
see the pics below
