How do you force your sky plus to do a software update ???

think it does it automatically overnight - on Skys Schedule

My OS version is 1.31 B02
EPG Software version is sky+4.20a

There is a way to do it. Did it once by looking it up on Google. I think it's power off the box. Then Press and hold the backup button on the box whilst powering it back on. The T.V will show a message about performing the update. Google it to make sure what I'm telling you is correct.
