Default Knocked Up (the film)

Went and saw this last night with the girlfriend and didnt know what to expect. Thought it might be another "all the funny bits are on the trailer" type film but it ended up being totally hilarious. Laugh a minute and the whole cinema was laughing. Really witty interaction with the majority of the cast (especially bens group of stoner friends).

The main actor (Seth Rogen) was in You, Me and Dupree and was pretty darn funny in that as well. Even noticed at the end that all his mates were using their real names.

Well worth watching

Like you, I thought that the funny bits might only be in the advert, but it seems to be getting some good reviews, so I might take a trip to the cinema now

Watched this about 2 months ago and personally thought it was pants. The characters seemed lifeless and didnt interact very well (ok I suppose thats half of the point between the couple but I mean everybody) The jokes were lame and I really just thought it didnt meet the potentiol it had with the story line. Maybe I expect too much from a comedy now?

I thought it was really funny and both me and my lass really enjoyed it. What I particularly like is that the story seems deliberately thin! There is no stupid hollywood BS - the main character doesn't make some hero play to win the lass or propose just as she's about to hook up with some other guy by running onto a sports pitch in front of 60,000 fans, etc. It's just normal, realistic, relationships woes.

Saw it last week and didn't think it was too bad, quite funny. Not as funny as Blades of Glory with Will Ferrel though, that film is class !!

Anchorman is about the funniest film to come out of American in the last 20 years. (not difficult I know given the absolute ****e that counts for comedy in that country).

Anchorman and Dodgeball... pretty much anything with ferrel is good though!

Looking forward to knocked up, not expecting anything too brilliant but stupid comedy works for me everytime!
