Effects were good, although the whole 'plot' was predictable and I managed to fall asleep at 33 minutes into the film.... woke up at 38 minutes so don't have a clue what happened for those 5 minutes!

A typical 'space' flick, a few characters on a spaceship... their mission to 'save the earth' by restarting the sun.... and they stumble across a previous attempt/mission just as they're nearly there.... so basically they either:

A) Carry on with the mission and save the earth

or

B) Abort the mission so they can have a 'look round' the other spaceship, causing chaos and ending up with most of them being off'ed, deaths, etc, etc,

You decide

7/10 - knew what was going to happen before it did happen!

Who do you think you are Hunt? Barry Bloody Norman?

Stick to what you're good at: beating confessions out of people and wisecracks!

Didn't think much of the film myself - save your money and wait till it comes out on TV.

Ohhh, another one.

Not seen it myself, but glad to hear the special effects are up to standard. We had a bit of a giggle on this. Nearly blew 3 Mills Studios into out of space setting up the explosion outside the 'bomb'. (Well, Stratford was looking close to being flattened anyway at one point )

How did the astronauts look floating outside the ship or when they got blasted out of the airlock then?

Well, watched it last night and thought it was a crock of ****e. Agreed, special effects were good, but very disappointed overall.

And the girl that was left until the end - where do I recognise her from???

Agree with the predictable comments, but I still enjoyed it.

I really liked the soundtrack, with the exception of that awful piece at the end credits!

I saw it the other day, both me and the missus enjoyed it. Worth a watch I would say.

Went to see this at the cinema with Mrs T..... at the time I gave it a 6/10 - a poor man's Event Horizon

Was watching the tv the other night when an ad came on for it on dvd - the first thing Mrs T said was "You've already got enough **** dvd's in your collection and you're not adding to it by buying that one" - for once I agreed with her

Just watched it on DVD. Being a bit biased, I can't see where the bad reviews are coming from.

I agree its not realistic, but isn't that the idea of a film? Entertainment?

I suppose if Eastenders and that northern thing floats your boat, then its not worth seeing....

Entertainment yes but getting to the end of a film and sitting there thinking "Er....... well.......... erm....... ok!" is pushing it
