Chopped tomatoes, garlic, olive oil, peppers, onions, mushrooms & tuna.

Either that or just a nice big dollop of Lurpak.

Bake your potato (or microwave it, then drizzle in olive oil and rock salt and finish in a hot oven for 10 mins to save time).
Cut in half and semi "mash" the flesh.
Add a load of cheese (sliced best, grated still good) and mix into the "mash"
Add some pesto to the mix (not too much) and then more cheese.
Finish with cayenne pepper and stick under a grill until the cheese is melted.

Bake the spud.

Grill some bacon and sausages.

Scoop out spud, mash with butter & cheese.

Stir in chopped bacon and sausage.

Put yummy gooey mess back into spud shells and return to oven until nice and brown on top.

Curl up in front of fire and eat waaaay too many!

Perfect winter food. In fact looking at today's weather, maybe I'll do some.....

Bacon and sausage sounds good, but you must have to chop them pretty small.

Not too small - get really big spuds and stir in the bacon & sausage after the mashing.

In fact this thread has inspired me and the oven is now on with 6 giant spuds baking away. Any minute now the smell will start to waft through the house....

My choice.
Grated Cathedral cheese, beans, black pepper & brown sauce.
Brown sauce is the perfect compliment to baked beans.
Also a large helping of butter

Maybe but starch is made from complex carbohydrates which are less likely to turn into fat. A balanced diet should contain potatoes.

Top with a brown paper bag and place in the bin.... (Any comercially available baked spuds I've ever seen in a work's canteen.)

However assuming care is taken: I prefer beef chilli with a cheese top. Add tobasco/sour cream/guacamoli (sp)....
