United States has a lucky escape
Lily Banned From US
Lily Allen has caused a bit of a commotion Stateside... And found herself in a right old pickle. She's had her US visa cancelled after being held at Los Angeles International airport.
Lily was apparently taken into an interrogation room and questioned about her arrest in London in March regarding her clash with a photographer.
It's also been reported that she was only released after five hours of negotiations with her lawyers.
All this comes ahead of her planned US tour in September.
Lily told the Daily Mirror last night: "It is my intention to play my American dates in September. This depends on the authorities granting me a new work visa.
"I want my fans to know that I will do everything I can to be back in September.
"I don't like letting my fans down and this is a situation I am sure we can sort."
It's not the first time Lily's has had problems with airport staff.
She also had a wee bit of a kerfuffle at an airport in New York earlier this year, which she wrote about on her MySpace blog, saying: "I was told it was because I am a musician."

She looks like her old man IMO.
Did anyone catch Keith Allen when he went to see the "God hates ****" nut jobs in the states. Fair enough he completely lost it and failed to start a punch up but it was funny.
