What are these? When you look on someones public profile some people have refferals and others dont. Whats that all about then 
And how do you go about giving them/recieving them

You have been reffered for therapy regarding your scoobynet addiction. Just let the men in white coats in and you'll be fine. try not to rock back and forth and dribble a lot. that may increase your stay
