Facebook is dead
It's been playing up the last couple of days, seemed like they were having load balancing issues and were trying to migrate accounts onto new/different servers with various accounts being unavailable for periods.
Then today lots of people logging on were finding they had access to other peoples accounts and mail boxes and there own accounts had been deleted or all their mails gone
Now they've totally shutdown and say they are 'upgrading'

My facebook account is ok. dont know if you lot in here are perhaps in the same group? and it may just be a problem with that, rather than the site itself?

It's up for me now, but I couldn't log in for many hours this morning whilst friends were able to log in.
I got a message about maintenance when I couldn't log in, so I presume they're doing rolling maintenance which only affects certain users at certain times.
