Facebook is dead
 

It's been playing up the last couple of days, seemed like they were having load balancing issues and were trying to migrate accounts onto new/different servers with various accounts being unavailable for periods.

Then today lots of people logging on were finding they had access to other peoples accounts and mail boxes and there own accounts had been deleted or all their mails gone :eek:

Now they've totally shutdown and say they are 'upgrading' :(

Good god, guess all the people on there will have to get out into the real world to find friends, oh dear!

Its OK we've still got SNet :thumb:

I was enjoying reading loads of other peoples private messages until they shut it down as well :( ;)

It's broken again - apparently it has been attacked this week - it has been out for hours now.

They have been on the news about BNP advertising and something about Orange removing their ad's

My facebook account is ok. dont know if you lot in here are perhaps in the same group? and it may just be a problem with that, rather than the site itself?

It's up for me now, but I couldn't log in for many hours this morning whilst friends were able to log in.

I got a message about maintenance when I couldn't log in, so I presume they're doing rolling maintenance which only affects certain users at certain times.

Never had a single problem with it tbh.

I had trouble getting on yesterday but lucky things have been alright today!!phew!!:D

I have not been able to log in since 9am - it says - We're Upgrading - Back soon!
